What does your subscription cover?
Well, everything. We don’t believe in hidden fees – we believe in transparency, ensuring every task, from onboarding, ROE processing, tax remittances, and monthly payroll to working hand-in-hand with your bookkeeper, falls into one monthly price. It’s as easy as paying for streaming services.
What services aren’t included?
We’re big on convenience, which starts with bringing you the services you need, in one monthly price. That said, we’re currently unable to offer HR services, nor are we able to be your workforce’s primary point of contact.
Do you work with all types of businesses?
Almost! From family businesses to hedge funds, we’re never ones to shy away from something a little different. However, we’re unable to take on clients requiring US-based payroll, multilingual communication, or those with more than 300 employees.
Are there any Payworks services you don’t offer?
Besides HR Advisory Services and Applicant Tracking, all Payworks’ modules will be at your fingertips – without paying a cent extra. Sometimes, if it seems too good to be true, it’s not.
What should I expect?
Less headaches. More time. And much happier staff. But in return, we ask for a few things from you: Sign our terms and conditions, select somebody to approve employee hours (and hiring, termination, and personal detail changes!), and ensure you have the funds available to pay your employees each month. That’s it.
How long will it take to switch to PayrollNorth?
Well, we could say “How long is a piece of string?” – but only if the string is transparent, tailored, and made to make your life easier. While we don’t like to give one-size-fits-all timelines (disappointment isn’t our thing!), it never usually takes longer than 2-4 weeks – or 6 weeks, if you’re not currently on Payworks.
Can I stay with my current payroll software?
No – and we’ll tell you exactly why. We believe that we’re only as good as the payroll systems we use, which means we’ll always be picky about the providers we choose. For that reason, we exclusively use Payworks, bringing you the service you want, the technology you need, and the flexibility you deserve. Oh, and switching is easy peasy.
What happens if I cancel?
We never like to say goodbye, but if we have to, we’ll make it as easy as 1, 2, 3. Hop into our inbox to let us know, and we’ll get the ball rolling, by your side until the end of the calendar month.

No. In fact, we’ve spent the last decade trialling every payroll system, and trialling them once more. Now, we’ve found the system that works for us – and our clients – from their always-friendly service to the flexibility that makes them…them.
